This steel bobber fender delivers authentic custom styling for 2010-2020 Sportsters, manufactured from 2mm sheet steel via precision deep-drawing and 3D laser cutting. TIG-welded construction with stainless steel mounting bushes provides exceptional rigidity and torsion resistance. Engineered to fit your original 150/80 16" tire and rim without swingarm modifications or fabrication work. Stainless steel bushes ensure stable, long-lasting performance. The original belt guard needs adjustment—consider pairing with Rick's matching belt guard for seamless integration. Includes all mounting hardware and assembly instructions.
